Activities which are generally published in the monthly programme, include meals, walks, cycling, pub/cinema/theatre trips, games evenings, parties, camping trips and other weekends away, video evenings, BBQs, ice skating, 10-pin bowling, skittles etc. Anything in fact that one person wants to do and invite fellow members along to.

Events with other IVC clubs

Sometimes other IVC clubs will invite neighbouring clubs to certain of their events - our ALO will usually have details.
Some IVC clubs make use of the Activity Exchange web site (opens in new window) to give information of their clubs events.

Members: got an event you wish to host? Please fill in our on-line events form here!
Your events details will automatically be forwarded to our Activities Co-ordinator and you will receive an email of the details you submitted, for your record.
Alternatively use the traditional paper form, included at intervals in your monthly programme or download the traditional events notification form in MS Word format here! When you`ve filled in details of your event, please forward to our Activities Co-ordinator - contact details can be found in your current Programme of Events.
