April 2003 Badminton Tournament

A major feat of organisation by all ensured that the Interclub badminton tournament was a great succerss. There were three other clubs competing, Birmingham, Gloucester and Southampton. A few last minute hiccups meant that a couple of Swindon members were adopted by other clubs for the afternoon. Thanks to Alan, Nikki and Jo for making up the numbers.

Unfortuantely the host team were outplayed and finished last with Birmingham victorious. However everybody enjoyed the day. After the sport the Swindon contigent were joined by members of the Birmingham team for a couple of drinks and a curry.
